mplayer: work around poor quality mp2 audio playback

Keywords: mplayer, video
Versions:

If mplayer is compiled with certain gcc versions, videos with mp2 audio will have low quality / noisy audio output.

As a work around ffmpegs mp1/2/3 decoder should be used by either specifying the "-ac ffmp2" option or disabling format 0x50 for audiocodec mp3 in "~/.mplayer/codecs.conf"
