ScummVM: tell games not to use full screen

At least in SuSE Linux the contained SCUMM VM games (Flight of the Amazon Queen; Beneath a Steel Sky) will alway start in full screen mode.

This is because the wrapper starts the game with the scummvm option -f which forces full screen mode.

This can be changed by using -F instead which will open the game in a window.
